Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Lukas Åsell, trading as Speedrun (sole trader, Sweden), Åkerbärsvägen 24, 181 64 Lidingö, Sweden, support@speedruntrading.org (“we”, “us”, “our”), operator of the website speedruntrading.org and the educational course bundles offered on it (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a bundle, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
The Service is educational material only, not investment advice (clause 14). Trading leveraged instruments carries a high risk of losing money rapidly. A purchase gives one person access, on one device at a time; only support can move it to another device (clauses 3 and 4). Sharing an account, a login or the Content ends access without a refund (clauses 11 to 13). Access starts immediately, so the 14-day right of withdrawal ends at purchase (clause 8). Refunds are given only in the cases in clause 9. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are never affected.
1 Definitions
- “Account”: the access to the Service tied to one email address.
- “Account Email”: the email address an Account is tied to. For a purchase, it is the email address given at checkout.
- “Bundle”: a set of lessons offered for a one-time fee.
- “Content”: all text, charts, diagrams, illustrations, lesson structure and other material made available through the Service, in whole or in part.
- “Device”: one web browser on one computer, phone or tablet. Two browsers on the same phone are two Devices. A browser whose cookies have been cleared, or a private or incognito window, counts as a new Device.
- “Consumer”: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession, as defined in applicable consumer protection legislation.
- “Support”: our customer support, reached only at support@speedruntrading.org.
- “Paid Lesson”: any lesson of a Bundle that is not marked as a free preview.
2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You represent that your use of the Service does not contravene any law, regulation or restriction applicable to you, including any prohibition on accessing trading-related material in your country of residence. You must give a correct email address that you control; we send the login links, the order confirmation and all notices under these Terms to it.
3 Your Account is personal
- One person. An Account and every Bundle bought on it may be used by one natural person only: the holder of the Account Email. Access is never granted to a household, a group, a company or anyone else, whoever paid.
- One Account per person. You may hold one Account. Creating further Accounts to get around the device limit in clause 4, a refund rule, a discount rule or a suspension is prohibited.
- Login links are personal. You log in with a single-use link emailed to the Account Email. You must not forward a login link, share access to the Account Email, or log in for, or on behalf of, anyone else.
- Your responsibility. You are responsible for keeping access to your Account and the Account Email confidential and for all activity through your Account. Tell Support without undue delay if you become aware of unauthorised use.
- Changing the Account Email. The Account Email can only be changed by Support, on a request sent from the current Account Email. We may decline a change that appears intended to transfer the Account to another person.
4 One device at a time
- An Account can be logged in on one Device at a time. While it is logged in on one Device, a login on any other Device is refused.
- Only Support can move your Account to another Device. Write to Support from the Account Email, saying which Device you want to use. We then log out the previous Device, after which you can log in on the new one. We handle such requests without undue delay.
- Logging out yourself ends the session on that Device, which also frees your Account for another Device. Clearing cookies or using a private window does not end the session on the Device where you were logged in, so it will not free the Account; write to Support instead.
- We may ask reasonable questions before moving an Account, and may decline or delay a move where we reasonably suspect the Account is being shared, for example where moves are requested unusually often or alternate between Devices in different places.
- To apply this clause we record, for each login, the type of Device and browser, the country it was made from, and when it was made and last used, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5 Purchase, price and payment
- Prices are stated on each Bundle page in US dollars and include any VAT or sales tax. A price shown at checkout after a discount code is applied is the price you pay. Your bank may add currency conversion charges, which are outside our control.
- Payments are processed by Whop, Inc. on its own checkout page. Whop also calculates, collects and pays the VAT or sales tax due on the purchase. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your use of Whop’s checkout is additionally governed by Whop’s own terms. We remain the seller of the Bundle and are responsible to you under these Terms.
- A binding contract is formed when the payment is completed and we confirm your purchase on-screen or by email. The confirmation email restates the Bundle, the amount, and the consents you gave at checkout, and links to the version of these Terms that applied.
- A purchase on Whop’s own product page, rather than through our website, is a purchase under these Terms in the same way. The Account for it is the email address you give Whop.
- Each purchase is for the Account it is made on. A Bundle cannot be transferred to another Account or person, given away, or resold.
- We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.
6 Discount codes
- A discount code applies only if it is entered and shown at checkout before you pay. One code can be used per purchase, and codes cannot be combined.
- A discount is never given after the purchase, so we do not refund the difference if you later find a code or a lower price.
- Codes have no cash value. We may end or change a code at any time; a code shown at checkout is honoured for that purchase.
7 Access
- Access to a Bundle starts immediately after payment. A higher Bundle includes the lessons of the lower Bundles listed on its page.
- Access is granted for the operational lifetime of the Service. Where the Service refers to “lifetime access”, this means for so long as we continue to operate the Service, and does not constitute a guarantee of any minimum period.
- Access to a Bundle ends if the purchase is refunded in full, if a chargeback for it is decided against us, or if access is terminated under clause 13.
8 Right of withdrawal
The Service is digital content supplied immediately after payment. To buy through our website you must, at checkout, tick two separate boxes:
- one accepting these Terms; and
- one expressly requesting that access starts immediately and acknowledging that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access starts.
On Whop’s own product page, the same request and acknowledgement are given by answering YES to the required question shown there. Both confirmations are a condition of purchase. Once you have given them and access has started, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts no longer applies, in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), chapter 2, section 11, and Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(m). The order confirmation email repeats what you confirmed. If you do not wish to give the confirmations, do not complete the purchase.
9 Refunds
- No refund once a Paid Lesson has been opened, including where you change your mind, disagree with the methodology, did not have time to study, or did not achieve the trading results you hoped for. The full syllabus of every Bundle is published before purchase so you can judge the Content before you pay.
- How opening is established. We record the first time each Account opens each Paid Lesson, with the date, time and Device. Whether a Paid Lesson was opened is decided on that record. For purchases made before 9 October 2026, when this record began, we decide on the information available to us.
- We refund in full where (a) our records show that no Paid Lesson of the Bundle was opened and you ask within 14 days of purchase; (b) you were charged twice for the same Bundle, or for a Bundle you already had access to; (c) you paid but received no access because of a fault on our side that we do not fix within a reasonable time after you tell us; or (d) the Content is materially not as described at the time of purchase.
- How to ask. Write to Support from the Account Email, stating the Bundle and the purchase date. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval. When a refund is issued, access to the refunded Bundle ends.
- Your statutory rights. Nothing in this clause limits any right you have by law where the Content is defective or not as agreed, including under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260). Tell us within a reasonable time after you notice the problem.
10 Chargebacks and payment disputes
- If you think a charge is wrong, contact Support first. Most problems are solved faster this way than through your bank.
- If a chargeback or other payment dispute is opened, we may suspend access to the Bundle while it is open. We may respond to the dispute with the records we hold, including the order record, the confirmations you gave at checkout, the order confirmation email, login and Device records, and the record of opened lessons.
- If the dispute is decided in your favour, access to the Bundle ends. If it is decided in our favour or withdrawn, access is restored.
11 Licence and intellectual property
- All Content is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access and view the Content online through the Service, for your own private, non-commercial educational use.
- You may make brief private notes in your own words for your own study, and quote short excerpts as permitted by copyright law with attribution to Speedrun.
- You must not, and must not permit anyone else to:
- copy, download, save, print, screenshot, photograph or record the Content, except as part of ordinary viewing in your browser;
- share, send, post, upload, publish, broadcast or display any Content, including screenshots, recordings, transcripts, translations or summaries that reproduce it, in any group, server, channel, chat, forum, social network, website or file-sharing service, whether paid or free;
- resell, sublicense, rent, lend, give away or otherwise commercially exploit the Content or access to it;
- use the Content to create a course, guide, product or service that competes with or replaces the Service;
- upload or paste the Content into any artificial intelligence system, or use it to train, fine-tune or evaluate one; or
- remove, obscure or alter any copyright notice or identifying mark.
- We may mark Content with information identifying the Account it is shown to, so that copies can be traced.
- All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
12 Prohibited use
You must not:
- share your Account, or use another person’s Account, in any way;
- split the cost of a Bundle with others, take part in a group buy, or buy for someone else’s use;
- get around the device limit in clause 4, the paywall, or any other access control, by any means;
- use automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts, browser extensions or similar) to access, copy or extract Content;
- open lessons in bulk or at a pace that indicates copying rather than study;
- misuse discount codes, refunds or chargebacks, including by creating further Accounts; or
- interfere with the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or upload malicious code.
13 What happens if these Terms are broken
- If we reasonably believe you have broken clause 3, 4, 11 or 12, we may, acting proportionately to the breach: warn you; log out your Devices; suspend the Account; or terminate the Account and all access to the Content with immediate effect.
- No refund is given when access is terminated for a material breach, including sharing an Account, a login or Content.
- On termination you must stop using the Content and delete any copies you hold. We may have infringing copies removed from any platform and claim compensation under applicable law, including the Swedish Copyright Act (1960:729).
- Before terminating, we tell you the reason by email to the Account Email, unless the law or the seriousness of the breach prevents it. You may reply to dispute our view, and we will consider it.
14 Educational purpose only: no advice, no guarantee
- Not advice. The Content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. It takes no account of your objectives, financial situation, knowledge, experience or needs.
- Not regulated advice. We are not authorised or regulated as an investment firm or investment adviser, and nothing in the Service should be construed as a regulated investment service.
- No reliance. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and for evaluating the merits and risks of any transaction. You should obtain independent professional advice before acting.
- No performance guarantee. We make no representation, warranty or guarantee as to any result, profit, income, win rate, funding outcome or performance. Any examples, historical charts, annotated setups, hypothetical scenarios or illustrations shown are for teaching purposes only, are selected with hindsight, and are not indicative of future results.
- Risk. Trading in futures, contracts for difference, foreign exchange and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and can result in losses exceeding your deposit. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
- Certificates. A certificate of completion shows that the lessons of a Bundle were marked as completed on the Account. It is not a qualification, licence or evidence of trading competence.
15 Third-party content and links
The Content includes commentary on, and references to, methodologies and materials developed by third parties. Such references are made for the purposes of education, review and analysis. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third party referenced. Any third-party trade marks remain the property of their respective owners. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of any third-party website linked from the Service.
16 Review access
We may give free, time-limited access to a person assessing the Service, under a separate written review agreement. These Terms also apply to that access, except the clauses on purchase, payment, withdrawal and refunds. Review access ends automatically at the end of its period and may be ended earlier as the review agreement allows.
17 Availability and changes to the Service
We aim to keep the Service available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, add to, correct or improve the Content at any time. We will not remove the substance of a Bundle you have bought, except where a lesson must be withdrawn for legal reasons or replaced with corrected content. Where we permanently discontinue a Bundle you have purchased, we will give reasonable prior notice by email where practicable.
18 Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and the Content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, currency or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Content is free from error or omission, or that any technique, model or concept described will be applicable, profitable or suitable for you.
Consumers: nothing in this clause excludes or limits any statutory guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
19 Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall have no liability for any trading or investment loss, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage, however arising and whether or not foreseeable.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to us for the Bundle giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where you contract as a Consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
20 Indemnity
Where you use the Service otherwise than as a Consumer, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, liability, damage, loss and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Content, or your infringement of any third-party right.
21 Personal data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy: among other things, the Account Email, your purchases, your lesson progress, the record of opened Paid Lessons (clause 9) and your login and Device records (clause 4). Payment data is processed by Whop, Inc. as an independent controller for its own purposes, under its own privacy policy.
22 Term and termination
These Terms apply for as long as you have an Account or use the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate as set out in clause 13. Clauses 11, 13, 14 and 18 to 25 continue to apply after termination.
23 Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, identified by the version number and date above. Earlier versions remain available through the links in clause 27, and your order confirmation email links to the version you accepted at purchase. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will give reasonable notice by email or on the site before it takes effect. A change never removes your access to a Bundle you have bought.
24 Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) shall have jurisdiction, save that where you contract as a Consumer you retain the benefit of any mandatory provision of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
Consumers resident in Sweden may refer a dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. We will take part in ARN’s proceedings.
25 General
- These Terms, together with the confirmations you gave at checkout and, for review access, the review agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one reflecting its purpose as closely as possible.
- Our failure or delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
- You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms, or your Account, to anyone else.
- These Terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version prevails, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
